Businesses formation and legal assistance
Business formation services are provided by many attorneys, but few will make the following claim: In almost every situation, we can complete everything in just one day.
Without proper planning, a business owner can lose the limited liability protection afforded by the corporate form of business. For example, if the business owner does not follow the proper "corporate formalities," a plaintiff can “pierce the corporate veil” and take the business owener's personal assets in a lawsuit. Our attorney will discuss the pros and cons of limited liabiltiy companies ("LLC's"), "S" and "C" corporations to determine the proper form of business. We then draft the articles, bylaws, board resolutions, and collateral documents to make sure that your company is properly organized and follows the proper formalilties.
